Our Story

Purcell Property Maintenance was founded by Ryan Purcell in 2019 with one clear vision: to build a trusted, professional property maintenance company that homeowners and businesses could rely on for exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service.

At the time, Ryan was serving full-time on the frontline within the UK's Emergency Services, dedicating his career to protecting and helping others. Shortly after launching the business, the COVID-19 pandemic changed everything. Between the demands of frontline work, family responsibilities, and the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic, the business was reluctantly placed on hold.

In 2024, Purcell Property Maintenance returned with renewed purpose. Wanting to provide greater financial security for his young family during the rising cost of living, Ryan restarted the business alongside his full-time career. What began as evening and weekend work quickly developed into a thriving company, built through hard work, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Within just six months, the business had grown beyond expectations. With increasing demand and a rapidly expanding client base, Ryan made the life-changing decision to leave his career in the Emergency Services and dedicate himself full-time to building Purcell Property Maintenance.
